Thank you for shopping with Rani Reni. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please review our policy below.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 2-4 days of the delivery received.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Products less than 100 rupees
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized products
- Sale or clearance items (if applicable)
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 10-15 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
- Shipping charges/cost are non refundable
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company.
- Contact your bank.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at sales@ranireni.in with photos of the damaged item. Customers are responsible for return and Exchange shipping costs
6. Shipping Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for high-value items.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 Hours of placing the order.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
